The following is the process for requesting transportation for your child(ren). Registration is on a first come, first serve basis with priority given to existing riders with a change of address, and new siblings of existing riders. Please Note: If your child(ren) was registered to ride the bus at either the Venice or Sarasota campus for the 2019/2020 school year, you do not need to submit a new transportation request if none of the following 3 statements applies. You will receive an email from the school with your child’s(ren) bus pass before school begins. Please be aware, the deadline to register is, Tuesday, June 30th. Registering after this date, will delay the process and your request may be assigned as time and room permits. If you can answer “yes” to any of the following, you must submit a new transportation request for each child by completing an online application with our vendor, A&S Transportation. 1. My child(ren) is currently assigned to ride the bus, but I have a new student(s) enrolling for the 2020/2021 school year. 2. My child(ren) is new to Island Village for the 2020/2021 school year. 3. My child(ren) is currently assigned to ride the bus, but our home address has recently changed. You may only register using your home address. Business addresses are not allowed. Please use the link below to request transportation for the 2020/2021 school year. https://studentregistration.nellc.com Enter school code: IVMS A&S Transportation will use the information you provide to confirm eligibility, route and complete bus assignments. When your child(ren) has been assigned a bus and a route, you will receive an email from IVMS a week or two prior to the first day of school. Re-Registration Sarasota County Schools sent out an email for online re-registration for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year. The email contains a link and infosnap code along with instructions for completing the re-registration process. This process replaces the paper forms. Please be sure to check your email for Sarasota County Schools.
